What you get
Complete mechanical seal — both halves, carbon/ceramic faces, stainless spring — for the larger jet and centrifugal home/farm pumps. Two shaft sizes are covered: 17 mm for the DAB jets and 18 mm for the Davies/Pedrollo cluster.
How you know it’s this part
On these bigger jets the seal is the consumable: a leak that tracks down the body between services, worst under load. Pressure stays normal until late — don’t wait for the dribble. Tell us your exact pump model and we’ll confirm the right shaft size.
Fitting
