How quickly is my order processed?

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier promptly, then tracked end-to-end via NZ Post or a domestic courier — around 2 weeks to most NZ addresses. You'll get the tracking link within 24 hours of ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Around 2 weeks tracked delivery to most NZ addresses, including the order-processing and courier handover time. Rural addresses can add 1–2 working days. If you need a capacitor on the same day, your local appliance repair shop is the right call.

Is the tracking number real?

Yes — it's a single end-to-end tracking link that updates through NZ Post or the domestic courier scans, right up to delivery. We email it within 24 hours of your order.

What if my tracking stalls?

Most parcels move smoothly, but occasionally a scan is missed or a parcel sits at a sorting hub for a few extra days. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 working days, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier.

What if my package never arrives?

Tracked delivery has a very high success rate, but the rare loss does happen. If your order is significantly overdue with no carrier scan, we'll either send a replacement or refund in full — your choice. Covered under our 90-day DOA guarantee.

What about NZ GST and customs?

Prices on this site include NZ GST at 15%. We're an NZ-registered business and collect GST at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery — no surprise customs invoice.
