Returns & guarantees

90-day DOA replacement

If a capacitor arrives dead, fails on first power-up, or fails within 90 days of delivery, we'll either send you a replacement or refund the purchase in full — your choice. No restocking fee. No shipping charge for the replacement.

To claim: email us with your order number, a photo of the part, and a one-line description of what happened. We don't need the dead part returned — capacitors are cheap, postage isn't.

Wrong part received

If we shipped the wrong SKU or the photo on the order doesn't match what arrived, we'll replace it at no cost and pay the return postage on the original. Tell us within 7 days of delivery so we can sort the supplier side.

Change of mind

We can't accept change-of-mind returns on electrical components — once a capacitor has shipped we can't legally resell it as new. If you're unsure of µF, voltage, or body code, please use the find-my-part wizard or email us before ordering. We genuinely don't mind answering pre-purchase questions.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing on this page limits or excludes your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under the Act — irrespective of any limits described above.
