What you get
Complete 3/8″ mechanical seal, both halves, carbon/ceramic faces — the small seal for Onga’s household workhorses.
How you know it’s this part
The pump holds pressure and the controller behaves, but there’s a persistent damp patch — or a thin crust of dried minerals — under the pump body. On the Homemaster family that’s the shaft seal weeping. Model on the list? This is the part. Not listed? Ask us first.
Fitting
A tidy 30-minute bench job: pull the pump, split the casing, swap both halves. The shaft is small, so take care not to nick the polished face. Guides here.
