How you know it’s this part
The Viron’s party trick is silence, so bearing wear is obvious early: a whirr at low speed that becomes a growl at full. The variable-speed drive is fine — it’s mechanical, and it’s this kit.
Fitting
End shields off, press both bearings, reassemble. The P320 uses its own shaft seal (we don’t list it yet) — if there’s any dampness at the weep point, ask us and we’ll sort the right one with your kit.
