What the DAB Jetinox 90M bearing set includes

Fitting the Jetinox 90M motor bearings

Pull the old bearings with a proper puller rather than levering them off. Press the new ones on by the inner ring only, using a tube that fits the inner race; pushing on the outer ring or the seals can dent the raceways before the motor has even run. Check the shaft for scoring or rust where the bearings sit. If water caused the failure, fix the leak too, either with the mechanical seal to suit the Jetinox 90M or the Jetinox 90M service kit, which has both parts.
