Fits the DAB K12/200
A replacement mechanical (shaft) seal for the DAB K12/200 centrifugal pump. This seal suits a 15 mm shaft, carbon / ceramic faces. It is the two-part seal that sits behind the impeller: a spring-loaded rotating face on the shaft and a stationary seat pressed into the pump body.
Signs the K12/200 seal has failed
- water dripping from between the pump and the motor
- the pump cycling on and off with every tap closed
- a damp patch or rust streak under the motor
Replace the seal as soon as it starts leaking: water tracking along the shaft into the motor is a common way pump motors lose their bearings.

Check the old part before fitting: match the size of your old seal.
Measure the shaft where the seal sits and compare the old seal face-to-face with the photos.
